About the employer

A French international Business School

Since 1871, EM Normandie Graduate School of Management has been constantly reinventing itself to guarantee a level of excellence that matches your ambitions and to give you the means to play an active role in your personal and professional development.

EM Normandie is one of the Top Business Schools in the world.

The philosophy of a Management School anchored in the past, looking to the future

Having the courage not to rest on one's laurels and the boldness to propose a differentiating version of the learning experience is in the DNA of EM Normandie.

The Business School is constantly adapting, innovating and imagining new teaching methods. Whether in face-to-face, distance or phygital learning, it is overturning the codes with new and more daring ways of learning against the backdrop of inverted classes, serious games and other interactive teaching methods. […]

These choices, which are essential and assumed, allow the School to establish itself in national and international rankings, to export beyond the borders of France and to federate a large network of academic and professional partners to accompany it in its outreach.

THE BUSINESS SCHOOL’S RANKINGS

A Management School with a strong international culture

At EM Normandie, study up to five years internationally on the Dublin and Oxford campuses or in one of the School's 200+ partner universities. Going international is a founding choice in life and an opportunity to discover another culture, learn a foreign language and even obtain a dual degree.

Change campuses each year, follow your course 100% in English, learn one of the nine modern languages taught at the School and take advantage of numerous study-abroad programmes.

The multicultural dimension is at the heart of the EM Normandie experience, thanks to the contributions of more than 1 000 international students welcomed on campus each year and 70 international visiting professors.

Work experience, a pillar of the Business School

Become a professional all along your career path by attending academic courses designed in consultation with companies and immerse yourself in the business world through numerous internships, professional missions and challenges. Get involved in entrepreneurship with the InsIDE Incubator Scheme.

The reference on work-study programmes

With more than 1,500 students enrolled in work-study training programmes each year, thousands of partner companies and exclusive offers, an integrated Apprentice Training Centre (CFA) and a dedicated support service, EM Normandie is the benchmark for Business Schools in work-study programmes.
