SIM-HSG Executive Assistant to Managing Director and Manager for Student Experience (100%)
The suitable candidate will be a core staff member and offered an exciting opportunity with a set of distinct responsibilities based on personal strengths; working independently and in collaboration with the program management unit to perform in the highly competitive
world of business education. The key focus of this position lies in the areas of executive assistance (professionally assisting Managing Director in running program-related affairs) and integrative student services (student experience).
The job holder assists the Managing Director by managing agendas and schedules, organizing meetings and events, processing correspondence and coordinating itineraries and bookings. S/he manages multiple core projects, tracks administrative policies, defines processes and works skillfully with databases and accounts. S/he contributes to a world-class and seamless international student experience by managing program-related student affairs.
Dedication to excellence as well as to upholding the core values and vision of the SIM-HSG; Ideally business administration background; Corporate EA experience, ideally in an international environment; Advanced training as EA is an advantage; Demonstrated track record of drive, precision, and results-orientation; Strategic communicator; Excellent command of English; Command of German/other languages desirable; Demonstrated track record of collaboration within professional networks; High discretion and motivation to safeguard the interests of a globally leading program; Proven MS Office, social media skills and ideally further applications; Strong service-orientation and ability to interact with various internal/external partners.
