The de Duve Institute is looking for a motivated post-doctoral fellow to work on a project dealing with gene expression in human cancer. Demonstrated experience in bioinformatics, genomics (in particular RNAseq), statistics (R) and databases is required.
The fellow will join a dynamic team of about ten researchers led by Professors Jean‐Baptiste Demoulin and Violaine Havelange, with strong collaborations with our local genomics platform and bioinformatics department. The project is focused on the role of micro‐ARN, kinase gene mutations and signaling pathways in leukemia. The position is full‐time, for an initial period of two years (renewable).
