Job description

At the Mobile Service Lab we are looking into the next generation of mobile applications, media and software. Our approach is based on combining research in communication systems with human-computer interaction principles applied on radically new mobile experiences and areas. You will be focus on developing new methods and practices for fostering trust in mobile autonomous systems. This is the focus of an ongoing project together with Ericsson and Tobii Technologies. The work will entail design, implementation, and evaluation of autonomous systems and mobile services with real users, under real network and service conditions.


You should have a Ph.D. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering not older than three years.  You should also have a solid background in human-computer interaction, wireless networking & communications protocols, machine-learning, as well as programming skills are mandatory requirements. The evaluation will be based on the scientific quality of the candidate in accordance with the needs of the project. The applicant should be highly motivated and able to work independently and perform critical thinking and analysis. Excellent written and spoken English proficiency, communication and team-work skills are expected.
